With the rise of the popularity of obstacle events, such as Tough Mudder, you’re in good hands should this be your goal.

Clare treats all manner of musculoskeletal injury, from neck and back pain, hip and knee problems, foot pain and gait analysis and all post-surgical rehabilitation. She has a good working relationship with surgical consultants and will always liaise where appropriate regarding protocols and outcomes.
