With over 20 years of experience, Diane Davies is a highly qualified Pilates instructor specializing in personalized 1:1 and group sessions that deliver a bespoke therapeutic approach. She is dedicated to teaching clients of all standards and has a proven ability to work with a highly diverse client base. Her students range from elite professional athletes and high-profile media personalities to older adults with limited mobility, and she offers expert guidance tailored to each person’s unique goals.

Diane is comprehensively trained on both Mat and Studio equipment, having completed a rigorous 2-year apprenticeship with “Pilates Off The Square” in London. She holds esteemed qualifications with Body Control Pilates, Polestar Pilates, and the Pilates Foundation UK. Dedicated to continuous professional development, Diane holds specialized certifications to support specific client needs, including Pilates for Breast Cancer, Pilates in Pregnancy, and qualification as a “Back 4 Good” Practitioner. In addition to Pilates, she is a certified practitioner of the Gyrotonic Expansion System, having trained internationally in New York and Germany, with a specialized certification in Gyrotonic for Golfers.

Diane first came to Pilates via long-term, high-level training in ballet, eventually becoming a qualified teacher at the Royal Academy of Dance. This extensive classical dance background, combined with her diverse qualifications, deeply informs her approach to teaching. She has a keen eye for precise postural alignment, flexibility, and functional movement, ensuring safe, effective, and transformative sessions for every client.
