I got appointment promptly in 2 days.
Ben was really helpful. After the first session I’ve started already to feel better and felt that my issue had been understood and could be resolved with the exercises I’ve been given.
I’ve been recovered in 10 sessions.

Since I left your office at 11.15am this morning, I have not had any upper back pain at all. I have done the exercises you showed me twice.

I can't thank you enough. I have walked for several minutes today twice, with no pain. I even walked into the park to collect my son from Cubs. I know I am far from healed, but this was a significant moment for me. I don't like my young son to see me as an old man. Yet.

I'm extremely grateful for your expertise and guidance.

So grateful to Jaro for fitting me in at short notice I was in so much pain and after 2 sessions I could properly move from my hip again and lift my leg with unbelievable mobility he is a magic man and a star in my eyes. 🤩 I can now go on with my travels with confidence and without the intense pain I had before treatment.
I highly recommend this clinic to any travellers in need of his services.

We’re based in One Canada Square, on Level 37, right in the heart of Canary Wharf. The building sits within the main Canary Wharf Station complex, making us easy to reach via the DLR or Jubilee Line.

When you arrive, check in with reception on the ground floor — they’ll direct you to the lifts for Level 37. Our friendly front-of-house team will be there to welcome you and get you settled in.

We offer both Physiotherapy and Massage at our Canary Wharf clinic. For Pilates, Private Training, or Osteopathy, please visit our London City Clinic, just a short journey away.

You don’t need to live in Canary Wharf — many of our patients work in nearby offices or visit us before or after their commute. We’re open to everyone, and our appointment times are designed to fit around busy schedules.

Yes, we’re registered with all major private insurers. We can bill your provider directly or provide a detailed receipt for self-funded patients.

Yes — we understand how busy Wharf life can be! We often have same-day or next-day availability, including early morning and lunchtime slots.
