Diana Goodwin graduated in 2001 and has worked in a variety of  prestigious clinical settings including Crystal palace.

Diana has gained nearly ten years of experience in  London independent practice working in all areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy and enjoys treating sports and spinal injuries. With a constant focus on continuing professional development, Diana has also attained a post-graduate Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine. When additional courses like Movement Screening and Strength Training for Runners are included, alongside a Diploma in Theory and Practice of Injection Therapy, Diana is one of the most qualified and adaptable clinicians in the City.

With a specialist interest in female health, Diana has also completed specialist courses in Assessment and Management of Pregnancy Musculoskeletal Conditions, Treatment and Exercise in The Childbearing Years and Integrated Post-Natal Physiotherapy and Function. As a qualified Pilates instructor, as well as a highly skilled Physiotherapist, Diana is able to provide a huge range of professional care and support.

Utilising her training in Clinical Pilates and Ante-Natal and Post-Natal Pilates (APPI), Diana can target her experience and skills towards all aspects of female health, including pregnancy and childbirth, post-operative recovery and sports and exercise planning. She derives huge personal pleasure from helping mothers to feel and move their best.

With such a solid foundation with exercise rehabilitation and the combination of post-graduate development and highly refined manual therapy skills, Diana achieves positive outcomes for patients quickly and sensitively. Diana practices at London City Physiotherapy two days a week.

Diana is fluent in Spanish and English, is married and has a young son and (when childcare permits) enjoys cultural activities, especially attending galleries and theatre evenings.
