Jaro Wojciechowski

ISRM/BTEC Level 5 – London School of Sport and Remedial Massage

Jaro Wojciechowski is an expert in his field, with over ten years’ experience. He is also a qualified Pilates instructor and Personal Trainer.

Jaro first became interested in how the body works when he joined a gym in 1997. Over the following ten years, Jaro regularly worked out, learning a wide range of gym exercises and experimenting with different types of martial arts. Jaro qualified as a gym instructor in 2007.

Since then, he has developed a number of specialisms and qualified as a personal trainer and a Pilates teacher. Jaro has also trained to adapt all exercises to meet the needs of ante and post-natal women.

Jaro started the masseur journey studying Sport and Remedial Massage at the London School of Sports Massage. Thereafter, he has been constantly trying to update and expand his knowledge by studying different styles of massages and sport therapy.

He qualified as a Thai masseur, Be Activated Therapist, Neurokinetic Therapist and a Rolfing Structural Integration practitioner.

Jaro has successfully been running his massage practice since 2011, working in multi-disciplinary physio clinics and at sport events such as: London Marathon, London Triathlon, Run To The Beat Half Marathon, London to Brighton Challenge and Goodwood 24 Hours Cycling Race.

Over his years of practice, he has worked with a variety of clients helping them achieve good health and well-being, prevent injuries, improve posture, sport performance and the structural balance of their body.
