Charlie transitioned into physiotherapy following his international amateur boxing career, where personal experience with injury inspired his passion for helping others recover and perform at their best. Since graduating with a Physiotherapy degree from the University of Brighton in 2010, he has accumulated over 12 years of experience working in private practices both in the UK and Singapore.
He recently completed his Master’s in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health at University College London, where his research focused on the effects of concussion on balance in athletes. Charlie has worked extensively with athletes and sports teams from disciplines such as boxing, tennis, rugby, and running, offering specialised care in post-injury and post-operative rehabilitation for both upper and lower limbs.
Known for his goal-oriented and individualised approach, Charlie designs tailored rehabilitation programs that help patients return safely to sport and daily activity. He collaborates closely with orthopaedic surgeons, health professionals, and fitness trainers to deliver comprehensive recovery plans.
Committed to continuous learning, Charlie ensures his treatments reflect the latest research and techniques in physiotherapy. Outside of work, he is an active gym-goer, outdoor runner, and continues his involvement in boxing as a voluntary coach at his local amateur club.
