Diane is a dedicated personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and sports therapist with a strong passion for triathlon. After several years of practicing Pilates mat work and using studio equipment, she became a comprehensive instructor with Balanced Body University, London.
She believes that Pilates can benefit everyone — from professional athletes and sports enthusiasts to new mothers — by improving performance, posture, and body awareness. Diane has extensive experience working one-on-one, particularly with the reformer and small equipment, tailoring each session to individual needs and goals.
Outside of her professional work, Diane is an accomplished athlete, having raced internationally for Team GB’s age group triathlon squad and competed in marathons and Ironman races. Her teaching style is often praised for being varied, encouraging, and highly attentive to each client’s abilities and limitations.
