About Jaro Wojciechowski
Jaro Wojciechowski is an experienced sports and remedial massage therapist, Pilates instructor, and personal trainer with over a decade of clinical and fitness industry experience. He holds an ISRM/BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage from the London School of Sports Massage and has gone on to qualify in a diverse range of therapeutic and movement-based disciplines, including Thai Massage, Be Activated Therapy, Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), and Rolfing Structural Integration.
Jaro’s journey into bodywork began in 1997 when he joined a gym and developed a strong interest in anatomy, movement, and physical conditioning. He qualified as a gym instructor in 2007 and subsequently expanded his expertise by becoming a personal trainer and Pilates instructor, enabling him to combine exercise science with therapeutic techniques. His approach focuses on understanding how the body moves and responds to physical stress, helping clients build strength, improve posture, and maintain long-term musculoskeletal health.
He later specialised in sports and remedial massage, training at the prestigious London School of Sports Massage. Since then, Jaro has continuously refined his skills, studying advanced therapeutic techniques from multiple traditions and integrating them into his practice. His expertise now spans deep tissue massage, Thai massage, structural integration, and neuromuscular reactivation therapies such as NKT and Be Activated Therapy.
Jaro has successfully run his own massage and rehabilitation practice since 2011, working in multi-disciplinary physiotherapy clinics and providing on-site treatment at major sporting events, including the London Marathon, London Triathlon, Run to the Beat Half Marathon, London to Brighton Challenge, and the Goodwood 24-Hour Cycling Race.
Throughout his career, Jaro has worked with a wide range of clients—from elite athletes to office professionals—helping them recover from injuries, improve posture, enhance performance, and achieve structural balance. He also tailors his exercise and therapy programs to support ante- and post-natal women, ensuring safe and effective physical conditioning during and after pregnancy.
Jaro’s approach is holistic and client-focused, combining his deep knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement patterns to restore optimal function, prevent injuries, and promote overall wellbeing.
