About Laure Walter

Laure is an experienced physiotherapist with over 13 years of clinical practice, specialising in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of East London (UEL) and is registered with both the Health and Care Professions Council (MHCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP). In addition to her physiotherapy qualifications, Laure is also a Certified Massage Therapist and a Certified Personal Trainer, combining these disciplines to deliver comprehensive, personalised care.

Throughout her career, Laure has worked across a range of hospital settings and in collaboration with general practitioners within the NHS, developing extensive expertise in managing musculoskeletal conditions, postural dysfunction, and orthopaedic rehabilitation. She also has a strong interest in sports injury management and exercise-based rehabilitation, tailoring each program to suit the individual needs and goals of her patients.

Laure’s treatment approach is hands-on and holistic. She incorporates soft tissue and joint mobilisation, dry needling, taping, and targeted exercise prescription to promote optimal recovery, mobility, and long-term function. Her background as a personal trainer and massage therapist enhances her ability to create dynamic rehabilitation programs that bridge the gap between injury recovery and peak physical performance.

Originally from Bordeaux, France, Laure is a native French speaker. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys travelling with her family and maintaining an active lifestyle. Laure currently practices at the Canary Wharf clinic every Monday and Wednesday.
